My name is David Penwarden CEng FIMechE MAPM, I have set up my own company D.P.A Penwarden Limited to follow my passion to deliver practical professional sustainable engineering services building on extensive experience in automotive and mechanical engineering, quality management, risk, change and project management. I bring wide ranging experience including 34 years at Ricardo PLC and nearly 3 years in the NHS. I bring a passion for excellence in every project undertaken.
